LC Waikiki required a manufacturing partner capable of handling large-volume denim production while maintaining consistent garment construction, sizing and wash appearance across the entire order. The primary challenge was producing fashion denim at scale without variation between production batches, particularly across products requiring different wash and finishing effects.

Our approach
UniTex Asia managed the programme through a controlled denim manufacturing and finishing workflow. Product specifications, sizing standards and finishing requirements were established during development and sampling, then carefully followed throughout cutting, sewing, washing, finishing and quality control. The programme covered denim long pants, denim short pants and denim jackets.
THE OUTCOME
The outcome
The coordinated production process helped maintain the approved construction, sizing and wash appearance across approximately 100,000 pieces. LC Waikiki received commercially ready denim products with consistent finishing across multiple categories and high-volume production batches.
